Quote & Order FAQ

Quick answers for purchasing teams preparing an impeller RFQ.

How fast will I get a quote?

Most quotes are returned within one business day. Drawing-based custom projects may take 2–3 days if engineering review is needed.

What should I include in the RFQ?

Drawing or sample, material grade, diameter, quantity, surface finish, balancing and application environment.

Can I send a sample instead of a drawing?

Yes. Matson reproduces impellers from physical samples or photos with dimensional notes.

Do you accept small or trial orders?

Sample and pilot runs are accepted for OEM buyers. The production batch typically follows the validated sample.

Which file formats can you accept?

PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, IGS and clear sample photos.

Is my drawing confidential?

Yes. Matson handles customer drawings as confidential, and an NDA can be signed on request before quoting.
