About Matson - OEM Casting & Machining Manufacturer

Matson Metal was founded in 2014 in Shijiazhuang, Hebei — one of the established casting and machining regions in northern China. The company was started around a single idea: industrial buyers do not need another catalog supplier. They need a partner who can read a drawing, recommend a process route, and deliver the same impeller again next year.

Our core team brings over 20 years of foundry and machining experience across investment casting, sand casting, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC, surface finishing and dynamic balancing. That is why we control the full process in-house instead of subcontracting it out — it is the only way to keep quality data and lead times under our own roof.

From day one Matson has focused on OEM and drawing-based custom production. Most of our customers are equipment manufacturers, distributors and engineering buyers across pump, fan, blower, compressor and mixer markets — not retail aftermarket. The work is documented, the process is repeatable, and the same shipment can ship again twelve months later with the same paperwork.

Today Matson exports impellers to over 40 countries, supports OEM and wholesale tracks side by side, and continues to build the factory around what works for industrial buyers — clear quotations, reliable production, honest lead times.
